1. Fee counter will remain open from 8.00 am to 12 noon on all working days except saturday till 20th of every month.
2. Fee should be positively deposited as per the following schedule.

In case the fee is not deposited within the stipulated period a late fine of Rs.50/- will be collected along with the dues in the next month.
3. In case the fee of a child has not been deposited for two consecutive months, the name will be struck off the roll and re-admission may be considered after depositing Rs.500/- as re-admission charge.
4. Fees will not be collected from 21st to the end of the month.
5. Only parents/guardians are aloowed to deposit the fee at the counter. However, the rule may be relaxed to the students of class XI & XII who can deposit the fee in the allotted time to be fixed by the school.
6. Admit Card will not be issued to such students to appear in examinations if fees are not paid up-to-date.
